Enda Stevens surely has to be above Ward in the pecking order. Especially if we’re playing wing backs!

obviously don't love when we're clearly second choice, but if bamford comes on board, buys in,and gives his all/doesn't pull out of squads and generally act like hes doing us a favor by showing up, i'll have him. ive said before but hes definitely an improvement on what we have at the moment, certainly better than aiden O'Brien for example

Bamford is quality. End of. Take him. Redmond would be class as well but look we take what we can.

We're in no position to be picky. As has been said already wouldn't be the first to play for.us with similar attitudes

He's another good Championship striker, we already have a few of them to be fair but style-wise he's a bit different. Redmond's upturn in form means we have zero chance of getting him, not that there was much of a chance in the first place tbh.

Pat if you're reading this show some self respect and try and make it with your own country who you actually identify with and want to play for and perhaps that will help us retain some of the shreds of self respect we have as a footballing nation. International football isn't just club football where you play for Bury if you can't make it with Man U. Help us put some pride back in the shirt...... thanks for listening

Expected back from injury in next week or two after a fair while out: https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2019/01/29/report-patrick-bamford-to-return-for-leeds-shortly/
Would be surprised to see him in the Gib squad - I imagine he'd like to get some games under his belt before declaring or before Mick feeling comfortable picking him. Assuming the paperwork hasn't started, he would be unlikely to be eligible in time for March now anyway. If he comes with us, the earliest we might see him is the May training camp. He would be a excellent addition as is a classy player IF he can get a run of games injury-free.

Was it the hattrick or the dream of playing for England that got him his move to the ROW?
