Also, has anybody done a survey to see if the people who are expressing "fake sadness" were in Paris in 2016?

This is the worst cathedral fire since one of the priests in Longford set fire to St Mel’s Cathedral on Christmas morning in 2009.

What I’ve been reading is the main edifice and two towers are safe, but that is only a drop in the ocean in comparison to the entire structure. No matter what is saved the cultural damage is irreversible.

I visited in 2016 and I wasn't the only one.

Also, you're allowed be annoyed at the loss of cultural heritage even if you've never visited something.
