Cheers. I did give them up then I had a drink and thought I was invincible and they crept back up on me. But im determined this time as the older you get the more you realise that it is the stupidest thing to do to your body. Plan is to get an E cigarette for nights that I plan on having a drink and see how I get on with that. Good luck to you too Clap

Yeah that is a fear too but I think they are the lesser of two evils and if you only use them when you have a drink then I dont think it is a bad idea.

Haven't had a smoke since before xmas. This is my first day back at work and in the past giving up smokes has failed due to the habit of having a few at work to break up the day a bit, or out drinking.
E-cig doing the business so far.

E-Lites.

Had one last year and it worked well, but then I stopped carrying it around and fell into the trap of having a sneaky one when out for a drink. Going to try and carry it at all times this time even if I've stopped using it for a few weeks.

Puit 10lbs on over Christmas break - oops.

I'm going to lose 28lbs by the end of April and keep it off.

I'm going to try not to go the bookies too. I know I'll be going to the races probably twice this year so I'll a few bets those days but other than that I want to keep my money.
