Between Derry & Rovers for the league. Possibly Pats, Bohs & Shels best of rest - outside of that who knows...hard to gauge what the rest will be like esp Dundalk & Sligo. UCD for the drop this time around.
Waterford for the first division title as seem to have made some good signings...be a major schmozzle between the rest behind them.

I think we'll finish 7th again this season. Don't think the squad has improved massively on last season but hopefully we start this season a lot better than we did last year which could push us up the table a bit. Our budget seems to be similar to last year so I don't see a massive improvement. Interesting to see how Cork get on as well.
1st division will be very competitive. Bray look to have improved and Galway will be in the mix but you'd expect Waterford to run away with it.

The fact that Shels only won one of their last thirteen league games seems to have been completely ignored by a lot of people for some reason. Two 4-0 defeats to end the season too.
1.Derry 2.Rovers 3.Pats 4.Dundalk 5.Bohs 6.Sligo 7.Cork 8.Shels 9.Drogheda 10.UCD

Purely on the basis that there's always one team that exceed expectations. Nothing in particular....well that and the fact I had 9 teams in and forgot about them.

In fairness to Duff on that one, performances massively improved in the 2nd half of the season albeit we drew a lot of those games. We were excellent in the 4-4 with you's for the most part, were 2-1 up at Rovers only to lose 3-2 in last couple of mins, drew away at Derry after conceding a last min equaliser etc. I know it's a results business but as someone who went to all of the games I could see a huge improvement in performance, so I know what he means. We ended the season poorly which was a shame (4-0 defeat to you's and the horror show in the Aviva) and that tarnished the season a little - but overall, getting to a cup final and avoiding a relegation dog fight was a successful season IMO. As I said though, I don't see too much improvement this season unless we turn a lot of those draws in to wins. Squad just isn't there

Premier Division
1. Rovers 2. Derry 3. Pats (comfortably 3rd but way off a title challenge) 4. Dundalk or Bohs (can't decide between these 2. Dundalk's recruitment hasn't been great, Bohs defensively light) 5. Dundalk or Bohs 6. Shels (If there any lower, I wouldn't expect Duff to still be there the following season) 7. Sligo (Losing too many key players) 8. Cork (home advantage will be huge for them. Usher and Healy's expectations differ which might cause friction) 9. UCD (a slow start before the usual run of form going into the play-offs) 10. Drogheda (Being the only PT squad, it might be the season it catches up on them) First Division Winners - Waterford Play-offs - Galway to lose against UCD Bottom - Kerry

1.Shams
2.Derry 3.Pats 4.Sligo/Bohs/Dundalk 5.Sligo/Bohs/Dundalk 6.Sligo/Bohs/Dundalk 7.Shels 8.Cork 9.Drogheda/UCD 10.Drigheda/UCD Lot of unknowns. I think it will be a scrap for 4th with Sligo Rovers,Dundalj and Bohs. Sligo have lost Keena but have made a good few foreign signings. Technically good players and if they get it together will be exciting. Need to spread the goals. A lot of pace in the side this year. Can't see Derry stopping Shams win it again. UCD continue to surprise so they could pip Drogs to 9th.
