Think that's only the case in the Whatever section In the football sections that's not the case I dont think. Of the top 10 threads in whatever section trap or sid have the last comment on 8 of them so you may have a point. Not sure about PM.

I can certainly empathise as that's why I gave up listening to the radio. The same ****s seemed to be always on it to feed their ego. I could never understand it, but each to their own.

If I have I would be surprised. Even when I tried to get banned the most I could was a week; the same as O'Shea, who got an extra warning. I would gladly take a longer one. My posting here is a bad habit related to where my head is at.

I got banned for a week recently - unfairly so as it happens - in my view of course - but I guess that ban doesn't fit into the narrative Seems some people now class anything that doesn't conform to their opinions as "spamming"

I would say it is just hard to get banned off here. Racism gets let go, sexism gets let go and recently a poster clearly told another to go and 'jump off a bridge' without even a warning. That was far worse than anything done by O'Shea, Topper or anybody mentioned above. Topper is an awful eejit, but so are most of us on here, I don't know what he did, but it didn't seem much. 'Hotlips' and 'O'Shea' were two of the more entertaining posters, and they got banned for very little, certainly far less than telling someone to kill themselves or physically threaten people online.
In fairness, both are more embarrassing than anything else, but there's usually a protocol with these things on such platforms. I also enjoy those posters who moan about other posters at all. I don't read every poster on here. One or two have a writing style that irks me more than a diversion like this should, so I ignore it. It's really easy. Those that complain most, or say that they used to post, are often, when you go through their post history, bland and boring. Usually posts that add nothing and cause the least debate, which defeats the whole purpose of the place.
