The jury is still out on Obafemi. Shane Long should also be ahead of him in the next Ireland squad.

Still starts him though. Think there was a comment on this last year as well. Hope he turns it around.

He's clearly very talented if this manager and the previous one had faith in him

Not watching the game but from twitter comments the fans don’t seem to happy with him (and the team in general)

He didn't do anything and was substituted off for Long before 60 mins.

Could probably use a Championship spell where he plays more frequently. With Southamptons position that could easily be next year.

Didn't do anything particularly wrong tbh, just wasn't heavily involved. Long has improved them since coming on though.
We're decent enough..

Obafemi is the tenth Irish player to score in the Premier League in the 2019/20 season
This is the first time ten, or more, players have scored in the same season since the 2016/17 season
All goals, yellow & red cards posted in real time on twitter and facebook

And that's with Long and McGoldrick yet to score thus far, fairly healthy spread of goals across the top division.

Sounds promising but the main problem is those 10 players have probably scored a combined total of 16 goals.
Vardy has 17.

I believe Hourihane is the top scorer with 3.
