Confirmed at £19.95, going up to £24.95 if you order it on the day.

Steep but think of the yanks who have to pay $99.95 for it Dead

Crumlin and Drimnagh being described as a project
Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".

Bill O'Herlihy: Ah ye can't be saying that now Eamonn

Yeah if I was looking to sell my gaff, I probably wouldn't enlist him as the estate agent

While this is very much dramatized there is a lot of truth in it and what it is trying to say about him escaping what was going on there at the time and how he didn't get caught up in it. He is lucky he was only 12 when it kicked off and didnt have closer connections at the time.

I am in the same boat myself. I grew up with all these guys mentioned in this. Would have been friends with most of, if not all the guys involved in the Drimnnagh Crumlin feud. It would have been easy to get sucked into it but thankfully I didnt. Unfortunately I knew many who foolishly did and arent around today to talk about it.

Dates would have to be dropped of at their bus stop instead of being walked home

Is it Raqqa this lad is talking about?

Are tickets to the stadium still selling badly? I read they were in the Guardian last week??
Romario 2016: And the ticket mafia gets caught! Well, four years ago I had already told the government.

That bit cracked me up.

Ridiculous stuff.

I think you're more likely to get hassle in the city centre on a night out than in any of these areas that have rough parts. Have never had any bother ever in Dublin.

It's on a Bank Holiday in the UK too.

Avoiding all pubs and clubs on the day like the plague. The entire UK will consist of pissed up chavs who take selfies of their Strongbow Dark Fruit ratted up on MDMA giving out stories about how they were once a member of a Boxing/MMA club pretending to provide Carl Froch-esque analysis on the fight.

It's quitting time in work so better strap on the flak jacket and and head home making sure that I don't cross any of the wrong streets. Wish me luck.

In fairness, while it is a ridiculous article, McGregor does play up to the image of being a product of the ghetto. It plays well with the US audience. Diaz was able to needle him in the build up to their fight by pointing out that McGregor came from a nice house in an ok area.

It's an excellent marketing ploy.

Have no real opinion one way or the other on McGregor but for a fella that's a bit mouthy, he certainly has his head clued on when it comes to business, dealing with the MMA authorities and how to sell himself. It obviously works for him and good luck to him.

1500 tickets still available out of 17,000. Gate receipts are close to $60m already. Some media are trying to claim its flopping but if that's a flop I'd be happy to be involved. It only hasn't sold out because they put a 2 ticket limit and didn't allow all the Vegas casinos to block book tickets that they would then comp to high rollers in town that weekend. They wanted to give 'real fans' a chance to buy tickets. But the prices weren't really set at the price bracket most real fans could afford.
