In fact, quite the opposite! Apparently those helplines they put up at the end of an episode have been useful to people.

Yeah I used a helpline once after watching an episode of Eastenders, the show is so depressing and is always full of glum storylines I felt depressed after watching it. A bit like watching an episode of Love Island.

I haven't watched much of it this year's one yet. Saw bits of last nights and the Irish girl coming in. She reminded me of the Mel B character out of Bo Selecta. Ooohhh i'm a right horny bastard me.
