Terrible news, doesn't seem to be a lot out there other than on twitter, not that its something the family want broadcasted.

Was a great talent and at one stage could have had the world at his feet except for injuries.

Hope he pulls through it!

Lads as a lad that lives very near me, it's very sad.

It is said to be terminal with only a matter of days. Young super fit man with kids. Awful stuff.

Has he been sick? Any more on it?
Just seems so sudden but probably only because we don’t know circumstances.

Pancreatic I believe which would appear to show why it's so sudden and so serious

Pancreatic ? Jesus possibly one of the worst cancers to get.
Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".

Bill O'Herlihy: Ah ye can't be saying that now Eamonn

Extremely sudden.

Decided to come home because of it. One of the fittest lads around, broke records at Celtic.

I heard he is in a hospice. So that would be a matter of time.

He's not in a hospice according to one of his ex team mates at Hibs. He's getting Chemo here though

I forgot it was O'Neill who gave him his debut at Celtic.

Fingers crossed he pulls through...
