When Wes was his age he was playing for Livingston.

His size is whats putting off premiership clubs id say. Great little player but will he honestly ever have a hope of even making an English squad ?

He's nearly 2 inches taller that Messi, Xavi and Inieta.

He wouldn't set me free,
So he kept me soul for ransom.

I think he will come back for Mick

Just out of curiosity, If the reports are true that he didn't bother responding to O'Neill's call up for 4/5 days, do you think the player is/was somewhat in the wrong here rather than it just being down to who is in charge?

It just seems on here every 'will he/won't he play' arsehole that leaves us on tinder hooks avoids blame because the manager in charge (like Trap before him) isn't popular anymore with the fans or is on a downward spiral.

Imagine MON selling the dream to Kelly

“When we won the European Cup under Mr Clough, we had several midgets like you around. We used them as foot stools in the dressing room. Mr Clough would often leave his drinks on their heads. When footballs would get stuck behind bushes in training sessions, we would throw the likes of yourself headfirst over the shrubbery to retrieve them. So you see, you can have a big future in the Irish set up young man. BIG, hahaha! I jest. Anyway, let me tell you about a new game I’ve invented where the object is to kick a football into outer space. You may have seen me trial it in our recent matches”

Didn't need to meet him. MON managed to f**k that one up down the phone alone. It'll come out one day.

Love it! Is that when you're worried your Tinder hookup won't show?

The comparisons to Wes are not accurate - Plays a different position, different sort of player.
Clement didn't seem to fancy him so Gomes coming in might be a help for him.

If you go into his actual wikipedia page rather than the search engine banner, he's listed as 5'4. That's his actual height give or take an inch. He's nowhere near 5'10
