Was above at the game last night. Dundalk bossed with with short passing, Sheriff could only lump it up front and tried to catch us out with the gail force winds. Sheriff got away with plenty of off the ball incidents. Anto Murphy was sent off for headbutting Towell after a 50/50 challenge with another of their players. He should have went for a headbutt earlier in the game which the ref somehow missed 5 metres in front of him. Was all us in the second half against their ten men, just couldnt score. They again should have had somebody sent off for a stamp near the end and then another was sent off in injury time for two yellows for verbally abusing the linesman within a min. Mark Quigley and Colin Hawkins were in attendance!
We all hate Drog scum.

Tickets for Sunday’s Leinster Senior Cup fourth-round clash with UCD (kick-off 1pm) – Bohemians’ first game of the season at Dalymount – are priced at just €10 for adults and €5 for concessions.

Sunday Club prices – €3.50 pints and €3 for longnecks – continue in the bars for the game and after it, where the Six Nations meeting of Scotland and Ireland will be screened.

4th round:  Bohemian FC 1:2 UCD AFC aet

Ex-Bohs Gary Burke scores in 87', Dave Scully equalises 89'.  Ex-Bohs Gary Burke's free kick is unluckily headed into the Bohs net by Ex-UCD Ciaran Nangle in extra time.
1st game of three games in-a-row between Bohs and UCD at Dalymount Park (HoIF).

Also, Daniel 'Dinny'  Corcoran played for UCD, Dwayne Wilson and Karl Moore for Bohs.

Rovers beat Drogheda 5-1 in Tallaght tonight. McCabe, Walters, Kenna, Kilduff and Zayed with the goals. Nice to see players from all over the park scoring goals. Ryan Brennan the best player on the pitch I thought. Zayed put in a good shift before he went off.

This year CAN'T be as bad as last year Thumbs Up
This time next year........

That would be the most encouraging sentence of the night if we see that this year. Looking forward to League opening night.

UCD 2:2 Shelbourne  aet  3-1 pens  4th rd. (last 16)

Shels were unlucky not to got through.
Two quality strikes from Dylan Cashin and Adam O'Connor were the Shels goals, they forced UCD gk Mark McGinley into a lot of saves, including a first half penalty.  Samir Belhout and Gary Burke both equalised for UCD.  Longford Town at home next.
