I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Nope someone spoke about weird places that they had visited and it took me right back here again in a flash , so just a little look back that's all .
I still wished i would have taken a snap of the sign outside a resturant with the list of things you could not take in , now guns and knifes sure i will go with that but not allowing horses in was a classic . LOL
Lansdowne Road debut aged 52 and 201 days .

Wtf?! If you thought Qatar was bad, imagine a place with internal flights largely run by airlines banned in the EU and most places over 24 hours apart on night trains, with road safety a somewhat alien concept. Jaysus.

LOL I think both of those scenarios played out. Familyguy's definitely did. And I am pretty sure I left Trapped and Lodger at about 10am on the Saturday morning. I actually don't think Lodger slept on that trip IIRCLOL

I remember having been drinking all day and all night on the way over, I woke up about 6pm local time on my second day there. I don't think anyone moved to Kazakh time except the lads who were there for two weeks and spent time in Almaty.

LOL I had forgotten about that. The main thing I remember is the Kazakh weirdo who tried to take the head off me with a pint glass.

Would've loved to have went to his but spending an extra grand at the Euros buried that one.

If you had seen the breakfast in the Bayan Sulu you wouldn't have bothered with sleep either.  The natural thing to do when I wake up is to go for breakfast.  I needed to remove that possibility.

Never bought the line that Familyguy spun about the flight being overbooked, clear case of having  missed it!

I dunno, the one thing about Coca Cola & Marlboro lights is they tend to have a remarkable consistency no matter where you are in the world. Still, if there is ever some unlikely award for '' Best steps outside a hotel'' , the Bayan Sulu is a clear winner.
