Meh as much as I hate England I rather see him as captain than John ''Class Act'' Terry.
Eamonn Dunphy:"I'll tell you who wrote it, Rod Liddle, he's the guy who ran away and left his wife for a young one".

Bill O'Herlihy: Ah ye can't be saying that now Eamonn

Not necessarily permanent captain though.  If it is though, you can be sure he'll start getting away with giving away penos, abusing refs, being the Billy Big Boots, mark my words lads, every England captain gets away with murder.

Capello said he was going to try out a few captains before he appoints one for the qualifers... I reckon it will still be Terry or Gerrard....!!!

France 1-0 up, Ribery penalty. James took Anelka out of it, just too quick for him. boring game. Checked the nordy game, 3-0 at half time, how bad are Georgia?

France are all over England, Anelka making a show of Ferdinand at times. Game has opened up a bit. Stevie Me and Rooney off, Owen and daddy long legs on at half time.

Finished 1-0 to France. England were very bad, no creativity at all. The backlash against Capello might start with one or two rags tomorrow, be interesting to see if they turn on him so early

england were garbage, they have nothing to offer at all, Capello has his work cut out big time with these shames.
If you tremble with indignation at every injustice, then you are a comrade of mine.
