Only solution...bring Noel King in as next coach, guarantee he won't go anywhere.

How detrimental would it be losing both Eustace and Rice before the upcoming window? That would be them, Higgins, Duff, Barry and Kelly all having come and gone since Kenny got the gig. Downsides of appointment promising young coaches I guess. Is it strange that Kenny never brought Vinny Perth in? Considering he was his assistant for so long at Dundalk.

Perth has spoke about how he was hurt by not being brought in but I don't think he's anywhere near the level of coach required tbh.

He hasn't exactly had much success without Kenny

Nowhere. He was being linked by some for Rovers job if Bradley went to Lincoln, but he put out a statement earlier today saying hes staying at Rovers.

O 'Shea is a step down from all of them. He carries a name with a bit of weight for sure but what has he done? how is his rep as a coach?

O'Shea is a coach, not a manager / assistant manager. Wouldn't be a like for like replacement at all. His role at previously at Reading and currently with the u21s is the same as Andrews was with the u21s and currently the seniors in that they both just take and run the training sessions and other menial tasks.

It was Duffer, Barry and now Eustace that would have more tactical and organizational input and insight.

Eustace now the odds on favourite for the Watford job so it looks like we'll be on the lookout for another coach.

Having said that, it's Watford. If he stays with Ireland for the June games, they might have already sacked him by the time we play again in September.

Being Watford he probably doesn't fancy looking for a new job in a couple of months. They're currently in talks with Rob Edwards who just won league two with Forest Green.

Strongly linked to the Birmingham job now, as a replacement for Lee Bowyer.

Its been less than a year since he turned down the Swansea job for family reasons and even shorter since he turned down the QPR job he was supposedly offered the end of last season.

So I wouldn't say we've anything to worry about unless his circumstances have suddenly changed.

If he did leave I don't think it's a major problem, so long as there's plenty of time to replace him.
