Lads, i am well aware of the fact that the fella is a legend, but his football commentary is shocking.
There must be other younger up and coming commentators that deserve a chance!!

Ryle fckn Nugent??!!! You are having a laugh ain't you Bob??? Jimmy needs to be put out to grass alright, wonderful career but I've become irritated with him alright. We've covered commentators on this before as well, most RTE ones are at best, average. But Ryle Nugent Bob..........FFS......

Jimmy Magee,,load of crap, horrible commentator,,,that droel Monaghan accent..forget it..everything he says is so staged aswell....as for Ryle Nugent....what sort of posh c**t calls there kid 'Ryle'? can you imagine him commentating champions league..!! toff
