I think in Andy Townsend's book after USA 94 he said he was 70 during the tournament...that would make him 94 now!

Met him a few weeks ago as he's still involved with the Leinster Football League although he cant walk un-assisted.

remember one occasion when Charlie was kit man at the old Lansdowne.  I was hanging a round the team bus after the game and he give me a pair of socks that the players had worn.

just came across this on youtube. its the final few minutes of the Jack Carlton tribute from the late late show. i guess its from some time in 1996. im sure some of the lads on here remember watching it at the time. old Frank Carson mugging his way to the frontLOL. great memoriesSmile
