Could your company not facilitate you working from home

After today it should be grand.

Unfortunately, for staff with social welfare needs, letters need to be printed, headed paper etc. and scanned. Cant do this from the kitchen table.

If you're on short time, 4 day week in my case, can you claim social welfare if you work a 3day/5 day week pattern?

An excellent time to be in isolation as 1 of the few live sports left remaining on TV and perhaps the only real sport going WWE Wrestlemania is on tonight Clap

And they're splitting it into 2 parts rather than doing the whole 7 hours in 1 go. Oh mannn Cool

Only seeing this.

Are your company availing of the wage subsidy scheme? If so, then no you cant.

It’s really easy to make too. I just buy a sliced pan and sit on it.

At the minute they are not, Company said they would pay both salaried and hourly staff for this 2 week lockdown.

HR have been in constant contact with social welfare and we’ve been told this won’t be allowed.
