Who else could Evan Ferguson go to that we are not sure about him? Is he not Irish born and bred?

Ferguson is injured. May well have been pushed up to the Under 21s only for that. He qualifies for England also and moved to Brighton after Brexit on his British passport but no real flight risk with him.

Evan Ferguson isn’t a flight risk. Perhaps they want him in a younger age group or he has a knock. Wouldn’t be worried honestly

You asked if I'd be anyone from history, fact or fiction, dead or alive:
I said "I'd be Tony Cascarino, circa 1995" |

Yes once he’s homegrown we should be fine. Adaramola another good name to see on that list. Very highly rated at Palace and a left back. Stevens and McClean are in their 30s and unless Joel Bagan goes and declare for us like it’s been indicated Manning is the only other real option we have now in his 20s/late teens remotely playing men’s football at a decent level light in that position. A position we need players in going forward.

Delighted for Johnny Kenny. Ive seen him play a good bit for Sligo Rovers and he is doing really well. Starting games on merit and keeping other good pros out of the team. Scored a huge amount of goals when he just 16 for the u17 and u19s. Arrives to training in his school uniform.

Great to see so many young lads playing in England. To be honest I've only ever heard of Aaron O Reilly and Callum Kavanagh.
Maybe good idea to play that squad against the home based lads.

I seen on twitter that the u19s got beat by a ucd team.
Andrew Moran scored two goals. Does anyone have any idea of who played? Wondering if oxoflex got any minutes.

Can't find a dedicated thread for the U18s. Sam Curtis and Justin Ferizaj the standout names called up for a home-based training camp. |

Another training camp.
I think Cristiano Fitzgerald may be my new favourite ever Irish football player name. Even better than Anselmo Garcia McNulty

Also has 2 younger brothers at Boavista one called Dean, so I fully expect to have a Deano and a Cristiano Fitzgerald up front for us at the 2026 world cup. Great.
