How much has she actually invested in it so far?
Isn't there something about if you have been co-living for x amount of years (maybe 2 or maybe it is 5) that even if deeds are in your name, you are seen in the courts as 50/50? |

Funnily enough, if you get married she'd be entited to half. If she contributing to the mortgage, then she should be entitled to a % of the house if things go pear shaped. Based on what you and your parents put it, this might work to your advantage. Edited by horsebox - 11 Oct 2019 at 10:06am |
