If you are planning to travel only to Poland than i don't think it's necessary. There are fewer cases of measles  here than in Ireland.

Someone said there is a measles epidemic in the Ukraine at the moment. Not sure how true that is. I got the MMR as a kid so im assuming that covers me for it.

I got the MMR as a kid but apparently a booster is recommended by the HSE! I think I'll just risk it!

Think thats chicken pox ?? They may be the same thing though. I think the MMR should be ok. My mam is of course freaking out about this, not to worried myself as if we get into the quaters getting the measles will be the last thing on my mind Tongue

Im 99.999% sure its the same for measels! I suppose the sun burn will cover up any signs anyway!
