The Yank will give you a rub.............needs the practise! Bit of pro bono work.
I could agree with you but then we'd both be wrong.

Highly recommend a guy called Vinny Mulvey in Ashbourne. He looks after the Leinster team and athletics Ireland. I went to a sh*t load of physios and specialists when I did my ankle in and was still in pain. Went to see Vinny twice and it was sorted.

Pulled the hamstring yesterday. Felt pretty bad at the time, like a sharp pain in the back of my leg. Iced it a couple of times afterwards
Any rehab/exercises that I can do in the coming weeks.

I should have them lying somewhere here will try and dig them out. Probably best to see a physio to determine what grade of a tear it was. Friends with a couple of physios and they always say that for the first 48 hours to ice it as much as possible

Yeah RICE for the first 2/3 days (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation). Dont put heat anywhere near. After that you'll know how bad it is and can see someone then to determine the extend of the damage
