I found this on the Times online sports page...i love it, People asking for Tony's Advice.

Check out this lads question taking the piss out of Tony.

Tony, I've been playing for my current club for months after they signed me as a target man and striker, yet I just can't hit the net. Even easy chances hit the corner flag. What should I do? Stay? Leave for a smaller club in France and hope for a move to Marseilles?
Merello

TC: Work harder on the training ground. There’s usually a relationship with how hard you work and how well you do in games. Aged 36, I worked harder than ever and it gave me mental strength. Get accustomed to hitting the net in training. Too often players don’t practise the sort of skills they actually will use in a real match.
