Not sure when that squad is being picked Stiofain but I do know that pat devlin is in full charge for the game, cant see him being kept on after that when new manager comes in so he would want to enjoy it.

doyle
finnan mcshane dunne o'shea
mcgeady miller reid hunt
keane stokes

Kenny is injured

McGeady has been rubbish for Ireland. Just think if we could get 4 of these players on the top of their game we could have a really good midfield
Hunt
McGeady
Duff
S Reid
A Reid

Like the looks of that myself. enough steel there and enough fancy stuff to ensure a solid 3-0 win. After which Big Phil Scolari announces he has had secret talks with 'long" John Delaney.  Roll on the new era!

McGeady has been rubbish for Ireland but he was sensational tonight for Celtic.  Let's remember lads he's only a young fella.  I was his greatest critic in Bratislava and Prague but I think it's crucial we get a Manager who'll encourage him and trust him, cos it's clear Strachan is doing that at Celtic cos he's been Celtic's best player by a mile these past few weeks.  He's still got a bit to go, but he's going the right way.

no injuries from weekends fixtures so Don the gaffer has a full squad to chose from. Think Given should be fit aswell according to reports.

Big Sam on Shay....

Sam Allardyce believes Newcastle United goalkeeper Shay Given has become 'uptight' about his nagging groin injury.

Given has started just four of the club's 12 Premier League games this season and sat out the 1-1 draw with Sunderland on Saturday.

He has undergone further scans on the injury, but Magpies boss Allardyce has suggested that the Irishman needs to overcome a mental block regarding his fitness.

"The specialists say there should be no problem with it, but I think he's got uptight about it," said Allardyce in The People.

"That's disrupted his technique and put a lot of pressure on those areas.

"He's just got to forget about it, the specialist has told him to just keep doing his prevention work, his goalkeeping work, but not to overdo it.

"I think he's overdone it by the will of wanting to get better and better."

Big Sam should keep his big horrible mouth shut and stop sl*ggin off his players in public. he's already in the bad books with the geordies for fookin up young Taylor's confidence by dropping him or playin him out of position. He's doin himself no favours slating shay like that as he's seen as a goalkeeping god in the toon.
Hopefully he'll be ok for saturday. when are the squad meeting up does anyone know?
