Over 6 months later and the bookies favourite for the position is the "absolute bluffer"'s assistant while virtually everyone else has distanced themselves from the role. 

There's a lack of realism from a lot of Irish supporters, they're in denial that they can get a manager who'll achieve more on a 700k budget than Kenny did. We'll see I suppose.
