If the number of ringgits to the euro drops, would that not cost you more if you earn euros?

I checked two payments I had made in Euro to Ringget. In July it was €650 euro. I would lose less than a euro today with the same transaction. The payment in Septmeber was over €1400, I would save about €1.10
Either Claret is on crack or he has a serious stack of Ringget
