Hello people. Has anyone recommendations of beds and bedding? Are those Emma mattresses any good?

We got a king size bed from Autumn Blu Ireland. Good value and very good product. We went back and got more bed off them later on too.

Yeah seems very cheap compared to most places. Looking for a nice bed that wont wake me up when the other person moves position

Gas how everyone does the same in January.
Very happy with a mattress I got in IKEA last week. Specifically wanted a pocket sprung mattress because I'd had a foam one and it sank into the slats on the bed causing noise . Was under €500 for a double, 28cm high and a reasonably high spring count. You could literally spend days weighing up specs and price benefit. Equally you could spend thousands of you wanted to. Ideally would have bought Irish but had some work vouchers to use that IKEA take. |

Absolute rubbish sent it back and got a proper pocket sprung mattress with a solid memory foam topping. Your best bet is to just go to a few shops and try them out for yourself, everyone different in what they prefer. My only recommendation is dont be afraid to spend a few bob either, the difference a quality mattress makes is literally a life changer ...and sure whats a few €800-1000 over at least a decade? A pittance for how much use you'll get out of it.

Yeah, we have it and like it, spent way more on a pocket sprung one before and got rid of it. Just personal preference. You can send it back for a full refund anyway if you don't like it, no risk to it.

Bought a Respa mattress and bed 6 six years ago when we got the house. Wasn't cheap but still the best mattress I've ever had by a mile. Which probably wouldn't be hard as I doubt previous landlords were spending too beds!

Hummm i think ours is a King Koll or something like that .
Now i have to admit i am like a box of frogs in the bed just bounce all over the place Mrs Claret is a light sleeper and this thing just does it for us , now it was €1300 about 5 years ago but worth it as we both can sleep .

Got a Simba mattress which I think is similar to Emma.
Love it, lying on the bed is the happiest place to be in my house. |
