Regarded by who exactly? The YBIG fairytale makebelieve society of which you are unelected president for life? Still O'Brien is at least a better passer than Duffy but comfortable on the ball is stretching it

I can't see when he watches any of them to be honest because he's pretty much full time talking out his hole on here.

By anyone who watches them. O'Brien and McNally are both defenders who play out from the back. McNally has been known for it since his days at St Pats, and O'Brien has been doing it all season for Lyon. You've saw two big lads and made the assumption that they're nothing more than traditional stoppers. About sums up your knowledge of the game.
We're decent enough..

That said Mcnally is more the old fashioned kind of centre back too. Its all we really produce though, maybe Omobamidele is a little different to the archetype.

He's literally the complete opposite of that and always was since his St Pats days.
Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

I saw O'Brien multiple times for U-21's and he never looked like a player with good footballing ability. I find it hard to believe anyone watching the same games could take that opinion. Maybe he is a completely transformed player in the last year but what I have seen of him at Lyon he doesn't look it particularly.
I never saw Mcnally in action for St Pats I don't think but at Coventry and Stoke he looks to have sound defensive abilities but not someone who can pick out a pass too well.

Maybe. His passing accuracy is 89% in Ligue 1.

McNally's passing ability was better utilised at Oxford and Burnley. More traditional defending at Stoke.
