We need a new song badly. We've only really got two - Come on YBIG and Stand up for the boys in green. Occasionally we have Fields of Athenry but that gets spoiled by the "Sinn Fein/IRA" chants.

Scotland's fans have that "Walking down the road" song which sounds brilliant. There's surely a song that we can use to get the atmosphere going. Something along the lines of "On the One Road" although that may be seen as too sectarian.

Any suggestions?
And your travelling army of synthetic supporters

Too many prick$ going to the games these days that any attempt of a sing-song would fall flat on its face. That brings us back to singing section blah blah blah.

I dont even bother anymore. Croker is acoustically $HITE aswell...four stands at different parts of the same song

"Come on youuuuu.......... oh fook off will ye"

one of me mates was sayin to me earlier that a section of the crowd started to sing "you dont know what you're doin" when stan took doyle off. a few seconds later the germans unfortunately then nearly scored and the chant died off Angry

Its always that corner that starts the mexican wave . Every game in croker there has been one. It a real shame the way our support is going. Even away matches there are more and more idiots going.

Agree with the Sinn Fein/Ira sh*te that spoils an otherwise quailty song in the Fields of Athenry.

On the One Road is great when it gets going.
Don't think it is too sectarian either
