Hi Lads,

I applied for away tickets for only the second time ever for the Luxembourg game. Applied on the 28th and didn't really expect to get them but said I'd chance my arm.

My application is still on "Application Received". Does this mean I've done something wrong when applying?

Again, don't mind not getting them, just wanted to know for the next time - anyone that might have any ideas it'd be much appreciated.

You should have received an email from customer relations a week or so ago with a link to pay for your ticket

Yeah, I didn't get anything or hear back from them - that's why I'm wondering if I did something wrong... 🤔

it never changes from application received. I’ve applied for numerous games since 2014, been successful for some, not others, but everything is still at application received on the portal  Don’t know why they have all the options listed out when it never changes. You should get an email stating whether you are successful or not alright though

I was wondering that alright, the tickets I applied to for the Slovakia playoff game still say received. Although I don't think I got an email at all this time round.
