Limerick to win another 2-3 alright! Thankfully Kilkenny beat them in 2019. Hurling is finished compared to what most were reared with.

Only right and proper to split Limerick in two.

Likewise. The game has come on leaps and bounds in the last decade or so.

Limerick were sensational yesterday. As close to a master class as we will ever see.

100% agree with this. Bar the likes of Westmeath and Laois every county in the Liam McCarthy has a good shout at winning every year. Yes Limerick are brilliant at the minute and the underage success has moved on to senior but they were still getting hammered by Tipp before an unbelievable come back. I can't think of a time when hurling was this open and competitive.

What was the story for bars in and around Croke Park on Sunday? Gills wasnt open the time of the Ulster Final and the Croke Park Hotel wasn't taking anyone either

20-30 minute queue for a pint anywhere within a stones throw of Croker. We ended up getting a few in the off licence and just drank on the street. Hurling semifinal was a good bit better, but the 42k crowd is a disaster for the pubs. Gills was closed, Hogan stand across the road was closed from about 12:30

Had pints in the back of fagans. Was fairly wedged but we stood out in the footpath and inside the bar it wasn’t actually too jammed. Lovely scoops. Great day had by all 😉

Davy on the way to Galway. Tbf to the man he does improve every team he manages and Galway do have a lot of talent coming through. Going to be interesting

It could go well or if it goes bad could be a trainwreck
