A few Dutch & Portuguese clubs have signed up. I think Anderlecht as well 
But if you've not got any premier league teams (can't join) or the top German Teams (won't join) and UEFA still have to give approval then how can it succeed? 
I hope the likes of City, Newcastle and Man United feck off and join them. Top level football is done anyway. Had gone awry a long time ago but it's soul is gone... The last WC and subsequent ones have ruined international football, the ownership of EPL clubs by countries/owners with blood on their hands has made me hate the Premiership now

Real Madrid and Barcelona are the two biggest clubs on the planet! UEFA and FIFA hold way too much power! It’s time for a change.
