Kane starts for Spurs.

Pep has picked a strong team.
I was hoping Jesus / Zinchenko / Mandy would be starting. No such luck.

City win 2-0 me thinks.

If it was a Boxing match they would have stopped it already.

I’d bring on Bale and try and get them on the counterattack.
Leave son and Bale up and bring Kane into the midfield and just try and get them on the break.

City won’t miss these chances forever.

Edit: City 1-0 but it could have been 5-0.

Another double for City at least.

6 league cups in 8 years.

Great header but poor marking from Spurs.

The scorer Laporte should have been sent off earlier though for two yellow cards.

Definitely should have been booked for the first foul
But probably wouldn’t have committed the second had he been on a yellow

Made it difficult by not taking their chances in the first half City, despite all their dominance
Looking ahead to midweek if they play like they did first half they’ve a good chance, second half they were flat and that won’t do

LOL

Are City not favourites in the PSG tie especially if Mbappe is out?

In fairness, I'd be cautious like yourself if United were in the same position tbh. Wink

Wings? They're only the band The Beatles could have been.

They probably are, sure they’re favourites to win the CL every season from August
It means nothing

I think it’ll be a step up in quality from what they’ve had for some time and that City have looked a bit flat in recent weeks
Will be a tough match

Even though City need another central striker (will probably get Haaland in the summer) I think they'll do it this year. I've 100 quid on them so they better do it! Big smile

McKay has also accepted the inevitable LOL

Exactly this. Can't believe Sky are making this a thing.

Yeah Tyler and Neville never mentioned that possibility once in their moaning
Surely it’s a remote chance Laporte commits the second cynical pullback if he’s on a yellow

No way in hell he makes it, question would be could Spurs have made a chance out of it but I wouldn't bank on that.
