Very surprised at De Bruyne winning PFA player of the year again this season. Wouldn't have had him in City's top 3 performers over the course of the season.
He is the best player in the league on his day which is why he probably got the vote from his peers but I don't think he was at his best consistently this season |

EDIT UPDATE: looks like the voting takes place a little later. by gameweek 19 in mid january he had scored 3 goals and assisted 10 times while playing consistently. easy to see how he won it if the voting occurred a few short weeks later. Edited by colemanY2K - 07 Jun 2021 at 12:30pm |
