With PlusNet for nearly 2 years now. Have had no problems with them. Tried to switch to Vodafone a while back and was left with no internet for nearly 3 weeks due to service problems with them. They were poor in trying to resolve the issue ( awful customer service so avoid) so went back to PlusNet and they had it fixed right away.

I've been with plusnet for around 6 years and never had an issue.
If you live near your local exchange then there's no benefit to using someone like sky for high speed broadband as it would only be high speed for the distance between your house and the exchange and then you join the same line everyone else is on.
Like every service they increase their prices each year and you should phone up to negotiate the best deal.
