They beat Celtic in the first leg of a European tie. Celtic went on to win the second leg but the fact that they lost to a bunch of postmen and plumbers from Gibraltar says enough.

It doesn't say anything. Celtic won the tie and went through. It's like saying about San Marino going 1-0 up against England - means very little when England went on and scored 7 goals. Although when your scrapping the barrel to find something to beat Celtic with I can see your point. *Celtic progressed through another 2 rounds of qualifiers to qualify for the group stages of the CL.
