Is it even certain Wembley would host the final ? Millenium would be big enough

It would be amazing if Cardiff was selected to host the final. Great city on match day, and probably the best stadium from a supporters point of view. Also, very easy to travel there from London, which would take on the bulk of the overflow of visitors. But if England leads the bid, Cardiff won’t get it. Would probably get a semi final though.
