Not sure of the model, ill check when home

anybody know how you may repair an ice maker on this machine

It seems it is making ice, however its either not turning the ice to drop into bucket below when ready or it is turning however the ice is not falling from the tray

possibly an easy solution for this, be grateful if anyone can help
