**3RD MAY 2017 AT THE GOAT BAR AND GRILL IN GOATSTOWN, DUBLIN AT 7.45 PM**

A FUNDRAISING NIGHT IS BEING HELD TO HELP RAISE THE FINAL MONEY REQUIRED TO HELP A YOUNG DUBLIN MOTHER FIGHT HER BRAVE BATTLE AGAINST CANCER.THIS RARE IRELAND UMBRO ANTHEM JACKET IS UP FOR AUCTION ON THE NIGHT ALONG WITH A RANGE OF CRACKING PRIZES WITH ALL PROCEEDS GOING TO HELP THE CAMPAIGN FUND. CLAIRES STORY IS OUTLINED BELOW AND HER CAMPAIGN CAN BE FOLLOWED ON SOCIAL MEDIA AT SHARE4CLAIRE ON FACEBOOK.

THE ANTHEM JACKET IS FROM THE 2011 SEASON WHEN ROBBIE KEANE WORE THIS STYLE OF ANTHEM JACKET AWAY TO MACEDONIA WHERE HE SCORED HIS HISTORIC 50TH AND 51ST INTERNATIONALS GOALS FOR IRELAND. THIS ANTHEM JACKET COULD NOT BE PURCHASED IN SHOPS COMMERCIALLY AND HAS THREE UNIQUE FEATURES. FIRSTLY IT HAS "IRELAND" EMBROIDERED ON THE BACK AND ALSO HAS THE OLD IRISH "SHAMROCK" LOGO ON THE FRONT OF THE JACKET. THIS DESIGN HONOURS THE STYLE OF ANTHEM JACKET WORN IN THE 1970S WHEN LIAM BRADY MADE HIS INTERNATIONAL DEBUT AT DALYMOUNT PARK.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST IT IS SIGNED PERFECTLY BY ROBBIE KEANE TO THE FRONT OF THE JACKET UNDERNEATH THE CREST. THIS JACKET IS SIZE LARGE IS IN IMMACULATE CONDITION,UNWORN AND COMES FROM MY OWN PERSONAL COLLECTION.

IF ANYONE WANTS TO PUT IN A PRE AUCTION BID IF YOU CANT MAKE IT ON THE NIGHT THEN FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME AT IRELANDSOCCERSHIRTS.COM AND I WILL PASS THAT ONTO THE EVENT ORGANIZER. THANKS. EDDIE

Claire Graham was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer last year. Just three months later, her journey took an even more unexpected and challenging twist – her two-year-old son, Harley, was diagnosed with retinoblastoma, a form of cancer that affects the tissue in the eye.

The tot had to have his eye removed and replaced with a prosthesis; and while Claire battled her own illness, she devoted herself to Harley’s treatment and recovery.
However, matters took a turn for the worse when Claire began suffering from headaches.

After being referred for an MRI, Claire was dealt a massive blow – the cancer had spread to her brain. Then, at the beginning of 2017, she was informed that it had returned to her breast.

Claire is determined to beat the disease, and a course of drugs has been recommended – but there is a problem.

Michele explains: “Her only hope is a drug called Pembrolizumab and then Avastin. Unfortunately, Claire is at the mercy of a post code lottery, and where she lives in Dublin, Pembrolizumab isn’t available to her. She will have to pay for the drugs herself, and this will cost a staggering £85,000.”
