Anyone know what % rate I should be asking for with a LTV of about 30% ?

The lowest rate available ideally. If you had a B3 BER you'd get the lowest rate

If not youll be looking at the one just above. Less than 50% is usually the lowest band

Best thing is to just check what rates your bank offer. Im with AIB and their rates are easily found on their website. I have also in the past just rung them and asked them to send me out the various options in the post.
