	Seems the right decision was made and it looked like a penalty. Video replay should hopefully remove grappling in the penalty area after corners and the like.

To be used in only 4 situations if using it the way it is currently applied: - Goals, including the build up - Penalty decisions - Red card decisions (but not 2nd yellow sending off) - Mistaken identity in awarding a red or yellow card
