Accourding to sports tonight. Man is an absolute legond and I have a lot of respect that he is going out at the very top.

Completely over-rated in my opinion. Wouldn't fight Bernard Hopkins or Roy Jones jr until they were past it, despite being given opportunities to do so years earlier. But in that way I suppose he was smart. His wins record is littered with a list of nobody opponents. He won't go down as one of the greats - time will see to that.

Terry, I agree with some of  what you said but...

In the last 2 years everyone wanted to fight him, not many would though, including Pavlik !
He beat Roy Jones in his sleep, (and Jones only beat Trinidad last year).
Anyway he's retired undefeated as a legend

Far too many different organisations now and politics in boxing, remember when it was just WBC and WBA years ago and the top fighters never avoided each other, its all about money and TV now and getting 10 fight deals, and as for the WBO would you really want to be the World BO champion.EmbarrassedBig%20smile
