About the ranking system used, as much as I love Giovanni Trappatoni should this not be replaced with something else perhaps Martin O'Neill?

Tricky, but fair point. He did bring us to Euro 2012, albeit somewhat lucky. Jack Charlton in the ranking list too still.
So the debate would be whether or not Trap is classed as an accomplished part of our history, and if that merits his inclusion in the ranking. I agree Martin O'Neill is a good shout to be included in there too now. Effectively he has achieved the same (qualification) and has actually exceeded Trap in terms of results. MON to be included!
