Best: Soft Ulster ones (Donegal type accents), Kerry if you can understand what they are talking about  , Spanish/South American women speaking English is up there with earlier mentioned French women.
Worst: Dublin 2 & 4 bullsh1t ones, if we are including non Irish people.
