Clubs: Al Jarira Sports & Cultural Club (Abu Dhabi, UAE), Auckland City FC (NZL), Urawa Red Diamonds (Saitama, JPN), C. F. Pachuca (Hidalgo, MEX), Wydad Athletic Club (Casablnca, MAR), Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto Alegrense (BRA), Real Madrid Club de Fútbol (ESP)

In the Semis Grêmio beat CF Pachuca 1-0 aet, a goal from Everton.  Real Madrid came from behind to beat Al Jazira.  In 3rd/4th match at the minute, Khalfan Alrezzi equalised against Pachuca's Jonathon Urretaviscaya's opener but Franco Jara has given Mexican the lead again.
