Wouldn't say so. He's already had two fights with Aldo which doesn't make it too appealing, and if McGregor wins then Aldo would get a rematch if he wanted it. He looked very good last night but in a bit of a limbo now as to who he fights next (imo of course)

Was watching the UFC Dublin press tour there and some fella with what I'm fairly certain was a Donegal accent goes to Norman Parke "Can I get a picture with you with the tri-colour around us?". Parke was just like "eh..ye...whatever rocks your boat, I'm down for whatever" LOL took it well in fairness to him.

Seemed like Pendred was drunk during it.

UFC in Krakow tonight and the dinosaur that is Mirko Cro Cop is in the main event, hasn't fought in the UFC since 2011.

At the age of 40 you'd think he's in the last chance saloon tonight.

Watched the Main Card in Newcastle.. Fair play to Cro Cop you can't knock an old horse until its dead.

I don't imagine he'll have many opportunities but this lad is a pure veteran, good to see him back with his strikingly Croatia flag shorts.

UFC 186 one of the worst event's they've hosted.. Even the crowd were walking out.

Jon The Druggy Jones is up next month.

Didn't want to post it last night as it were only Twitter gossip but the State Police Department have confirmed Jon Jones is wanted in connection of a Hit and Run incident involving a pregnant woman and with cocaine found in the abandoned vehicle.

Looks like UFC are going to be looking for a new poster boy very soon.

His appearance in UFC 187 has already been cancelled.

If McGregor can win then it's the perfect opportunity for him to step up and be the face of the UFC along with Rousey. Another huge blow to Jones' image.

I'd imagine it's BT as usual with 3e showing it on the Monday.

Great card last night Clap

I saw the highlights. It was meant to be Jon Jones' comeback but note how all the promos of late are all featuring Ronda Rousey, it looks like she's the (un)official poster girl for UFC now.

Cathel Pandred won last night at UFC 188.

Cain Valesquez lost his heavyweight belt. It's very safe to say if it were a more suitable venue it could of been a different story as last night was in Mexico City, the venue was at a very high altitude - 6 different fighters all puked in the ring afterwards.

Joe Rogan was in the way 1 of the fighters puking during the post-winners interviews, poor Joe. LOL

Conor McGregor in 4 weeks time.

Pendred now 4-0. Will watch it later but had a look at the stats and it was a clear UD for him. Was surprised he won as was thinking he was on as fodder for the other fighter.

Werdum winning makes the HW division a bit more interesting again. I'd imagine Werdum will face JDS next, whom he's already lost to. Then if JDS beats him again, it'll set up a 4th clash with Velasquez. Apart from those 3, I can't see anyone else being in contention for a title shot. Maybe a token one for Arlovski after his recent resurgence.

Pendred's fight is possibly the worst in UFC history. More of the blame on the other lad for it though.

Yeah was a poor fight. The other guy offered nothing and was warned by Herb Dean after the first round. Pendred dominated the second well and didn't need to do much in the third. His striking is a worry for a guy who is 4-0, he didn't connect with much

Only caught the Pendred post fight scrum. Seemed devastated, even though he got the win and has gone 4-0. What happened? The other lad just wouldn't engage?? Wish him all the best, but think he is limited. Very lucky last July in the point depot and absolutely robbed yer man by decision in Boston!
