Last minute equaliser for Burnley at home to Fulham. Not much going right this season,  but that was an important goal as Fulham haven't won at Turf Moor since 1951. Glad that record is still intact.

Any reason why Burnley are being this loyal to Kompany?

Obviously last season was fantastic. But he's been brutally exposed at PL level. He spent a lot of money last summer and brought in more players in January. Still just 3 wins in the league.

Most people would have expected Burnley to come up and be competitive like Fulham, Brentford, etc.

If you expected Burnley to come and be competitive you need your head looked at.

Sooner they f**k off back to the Championship where they belong the better.

They were one of the best Championship winning teams of all time.

They shouldn't be this bad a year later.

They have no good footballers which is usually a problem in the top flight.

Burnley's 60th season in the top flight this year. Not too bad for a small town team.

Could be, with a bit of luck though they may be back up in their first season and stay up for another 60.

Vinny got it so wrong this season as he got rid / didn't sign most of the players that got them promoted last season . The biggest problem is the keeper Trafford as he is out of his depth and for some reason Vinny will not drop him .

. Yes he should have stayed with the majority of last years team and just made a couple of additions. He signed too many players , most probably worse than the ones he already had.

I take it theres no chance of him being sacked?

What sort of contract is he on?

He got a new four year contract .

Now the CEO sacked Dyche when he had a four contract also , but i think they will stay with him as the owners did say they have a 3 year plan to get to the Premier league and Vinny did that in one , so if he has done it before he should have a good crack at it again i would say .

Some of the signings have the potential to be good.

Odobert is only 19. He's raw.

Koleosho is also only 19. He's a real talent. He's badly missed.

Amdouni would have been expected to have scored more goals, but he is a talent. The type who might excel elsewhere if he leaves.

O'Shea and Berge are solid lower half PL players.
