Fair play Joshua, that was impressive.

Just shows how bad Fury was the last time!

Incredible performance and put all us MMA nerds back in our box. Hopefully Fury beats USYK then fights Joshua. Did parker win a newly created belt tonight?

Zhang was the who interim. Faught Joyce for.it beat him twice. Think that's what Parker won (who had lost to Joyce).

I guess the WBO main belt is held up by all the messing with Fury, Uysk and Joshua

Shows the strength of our underage (and also our female) boxing that we have multiple elite level fighters at each weight class and we can't send them all (i think only 1 per weight class for many of the weight classes).

It's a weird one to be on the receiving end of someone defecting because they cannot get into an Ireland team (it's usually the other way around) but it's understandable as well. We seen a few examples in Rugby in recent years.

Boxing is quite individual as well so it's not really like switching teams, it's just switching pathways to still make the final destination of an amateur boxer that is fighting at the Olympics. I wouldn't hold it against her. She has represented NI in the past too.

The whole youtuber boxing thing is a joke anyways but can be guaranteed Eddie not the only one making money here wouldn't be surprised if this turns out to be one of Katie's more financially lucrative fight

She's got to getting a fair wedge for this.
Serrano is promoted by Jake Paul so they'll have had to pay Katie a decent amount.

Will be great exposure for her on netflix. If her and serrano put on another great fight it could open up even more £££ for her. Maybe enough to afford to take the hit and have the fight at croker!

While great for Taylor in terms of financial gain, it should serve as a kick up the hole for boxing. They should be looking to distance themselves from these exhibitions. But money talks and arguably the biggest fight in women's boxing is on the undercard of an exhibition.

100% chief, agree entirely. We have had 2 female athletes who are gainfully adored by hundreds of thousands of kids have now disgraced themselves, one for racism and one for the belittlement of the sport for financial gain.

This is harsh in the extreme. As mentioned, Serrano is promoted by Jake Paul. If you want to fight her, you need to do business with him.
He will say he's doing right by his fighter by giving her the biggest pay day of her career.
