Not wrong tbh. If May called a GE for tomorrow her mandate would be bigger. It's unfortunate but's how it is. Holyrood can still referendum without Westminster's permission but it'd be unofficial / advisory. A Yes result would create massive amounts of pressure on the Government but a No result would kiss goodbye any future prospect of any independence so it's not worth risking for, be patient see how Brexit plays out, and possibly after the GE which is 13 months after that, by then the SNP will have amassed the ammunition for a strong campaign.
