Recevied email from customerservice.euro2012tickets@uefa.com (see below) saying congratulations your application was successful. My application was for 2 tickets to each group game and quarter finals! However I have just found out that my appliaction was not successful as I didn't get any tickets for group games only conditional tickets for quarter finals!! How can they call that a successful application??????? I only found this out by chance as i presumed i had been successful.. Very annoyed at this.. Just wondering if I'm alone in thinking it is madness sending a fan an email like that... Dear Football Supporter, Customer Reference Number: ***********

Got the exact same email to discover I got tickets for the 1/4 finals. Bummer.

 i was successfull and had to find out for myself i.e no mail so work it out for yourself how UEFA functions
