If you are willing to pay it and don't already have tickets then it's a good deal.

€1000 total, so €500 each for return flights and match tickets, all included? Not a bad deal. Admittedly, you could book the following flights and catch the following trains:

Dublin to Bydgoszcz €68 pp 06:15 to 09:55 on June 18th (2:30 on the train from there to Poznan, fare 38 PLN / about €9.50, cheap bus from airport to city centre). Train times: 11:35-13:25, 12:25-15:16 (1 change), 13:40-16:16 14:42-17:15 and 15:25-17:20, any later would be risking it.

Wroclaw to Dublin €92 pp 07:30 to 09:20 on June 19th (there are trains from Poznan to Wroclaw at 01:38-04:20 and 02:38-05:25, price 40 PLN / about €10, taxi from there to the airport about 40 PLN, €10, the bus runs from 04:52, takes 20 minutes and costs peanuts).

All in, that would be about €160 pp for the flights, €20 for train fares, another €20 for taxi fares (being generous and taking taxis to and from the airports when you could get a bus for peanuts), for more or less the same trip from Dublin. So, €200 pp excluding tickets, and that is allowing a bit extra that you really need not spend on taxis, nor does it include the 26% reduction under 26s get on train fares over there. If you want to do it, and can get tickets on the portal, you can do the same trip for about half the price (well, if you got category 3 tickets on the portal, that is).
